Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in China

Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Beijing to participate in the opening of the "One Belt, One Road" international forum. He was accompanied by the First Lady, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva. This information was reported by the Presidential Press Service.

According to reports, Shavkat Mirziyoyev was welcomed by the Minister of Emergency Situations of the People's Republic of China, Wang Xiangsi, and other officials at the "Shoudu" International Airport.

"In honor of the high-ranking guests, the national flags of the two countries were raised, and an honor guard was formed," the report stated.

On October 17-18, the President of Uzbekistan will hold talks with the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, and the Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wang Huning. Additionally, there are plans for other bilateral meetings.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev is expected to speak at the plenary session.
