Today, July 2, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Tbilisi on a state visit at the invitation of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. The Presidential Press Service reported this.
As previously reported, high-level bilateral talks will be held in the Georgian capital.
The focus will be on further developing friendship and multifaceted partnership relations between Uzbekistan and Georgia.
The visit program also includes participation in cultural and humanitarian events.
