Shavkat Mirziyoyev will go to Kyrgyzstan on 9 December

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Kyrgyzstan on 9 December.  This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Aybek Ortiqboyev at the meeting of the International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration Committee of the Dzhokorg Council of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Deputy Minister, several documents are expected to be signed during the visit.

We remind you that on 30 November, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the agreement on separate sections of the state border between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the agreement on joint management of water resources of the Andijan (Kampirabad) reservoir. was reported to have signed the ratification laws.

These international agreements were signed during the visit of the delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan V. Norov to Bishkek on 3 November 2022.  Laws on this were adopted by the Legislative Chamber on 14 November 2022, and approved by the Senate on 18 November 2022.  The laws of Kyrgyzstan on their ratification were signed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on 29 November 2022.
