Uzbek professional boxer Shahram Giyosov is scheduled to participate in a boxing event in Los Angeles on August 3, as confirmed by the athlete himself to QALAMPIR.UZ.
Giyosov's upcoming match is unlikely to be for the championship title, considering the recent bout of Lithuanian boxer Eimantas Stanyonis in the same weight class. Stanyonis might not be prepared for a title fight until August 3rd.
The opponent for the 30-year-old Uzbek boxer has not been announced yet. Giyosov mentioned that his championship bout is expected to take place around December.
The highlight of the boxing night on August 3 will feature Uzbekistan's Isoil Madrimov facing off against American Terence Crawford for the WBA championship belt and the vacant interim WBO belt in the first middleweight category.
