The system of provision of information on the PCR test results for pilgrims travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been abolished. The press service under the Committee on Religious Affairs reports this.
It is noted that the Aviation Administration of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia “GACA” has changed some restrictions on COVID-19 for passengers arriving in the Kingdom.
According to new regulations, the procedure of QR-code submission of PCR-test data at the entrance to the SAP, which provides a negative result in the absence of coronavirus, is now being canceled.
«We inform you that the procedure of providing information about the pre-travel PCR test for pilgrims traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the season of “Umra-2022” has been canceled», – the report says.
We remind you that pilgrims who commit “Umra” program must be vaccinated with one of the following coronavirus vaccines:
- Pfizer/BioNTech;
- Oxford-AstraZeneca;
- Moderna;
- Johnson&Johnson.
