A Nexia car caught fire at a gas station in Samarkand

According to a report from the Regional Emergency Department, a Nexia car caught fire in the Payariq district of the Samarkand region.  The incident took place yesterday, 24 April, at a Limited Liability Company located in the “New Life” neighborhood of the district.  The fire broke out at 19:13 p.m., in the engine of a Nexia car which belonged to a citizen born in 1948.

The car caught fire in front of the exit door of the Compressed Gas Filling Station for Vehicles, which is owned by the Limited Liability Company.  The District Emergency Situations Department was informed immediately.

 As per the report, a fire-rescue crew was dispatched to the location at 19:15 p.m., and the fire was successfully extinguished at 19:18 p.m.
 Fortunately, no one was harmed or killed as a result of the accident.

The report further stated that investigations are currently being conducted to determine the cause of the fire and the extent of its damage.
