On May 4, two individuals fell into a 10-meter ravine in the Samarkand region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported the incident.
At 11:15 PM on May 4, the Samarkand regional emergency department received a call through the "112" system, reporting that two people had fallen into a ravine in the Ipak Yuli municipal district of Samarkand city and required immediate assistance.
Rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene and, through their prompt actions, safely rescued both individuals.
It was revealed that the two victims were elderly. Initially, one of the citizens fell into the ravine, and the second person, attempting to help, also fell in and was unable to climb back out.
