New governor was appointed to the Samarkand region

Adiz Muzaffarovich Boboyev has been appointed acting governor of the Samarkand region. The relevant decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev was adopted on this.  

Boboyev had been working as the chairman of the Accounts Chamber since the beginning of this year.  

For information, Adiz Boboyev was born in 1972. He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics. He was a 1st category economist, a leading economist of the antimonopoly and pricing policy department in the Bukhara regional finance department, and also held other positions. He also held the positions of Head of the Revenue Forecasting Department of the Executive Department of the Republican Road Fund under the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Head of the Department for Planning and Analysis of Consolidated Budget Revenues of the Main Department of the State Budget, and other positions within the structure of the Ministry of Finance.  

It should be recalled that earlier Erkinjon Okbutayevich Turdimov, who had been working as the governor of the Samarkand region since 2018, was dismissed from his post due to his transfer to another job.
