Saida Mirziyoyeva congratulates media workers

Head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, congratulated media workers today, June 27, on the occasion of Press and Mass Media Workers' Day. She shared her message on her Telegram channel.

“One of the most important achievements of Uzbekistan is a free and professional press. I would like to express my gratitude to each of you for your loyalty to priority values and your responsibility to your readers,” her message reads.

Mirziyoyeva also emphasized that the positive changes taking place in Uzbekistan are largely thanks to the work of journalists.

“I congratulate all journalists who have received high awards from Uzbekistan. Many of the positive changes in our country are happening precisely thanks to your work,” she stated.

It is worth noting that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev also congratulated journalists, veterans, and all creative and technical workers of Uzbekistan’s press, television, radio, online publications, publishing houses, and information services on this professional holiday.
