Saida Mirziyoyeva writes a letter to Aliyev's wife

Saida Mirziyoyeva, head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan and the eldest daughter of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, sent a congratulatory letter to Mehriban Aliyeva, the wife of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Vice President of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of her birthday. This was reported by Azertac.
In her letter, Mirziyoyeva described Aliyeva as a multifaceted figure who is admired not only as a public and political leader, but also as a devoted wife and mother.
“Dear Mehriban Arifovna, I am extremely pleased to congratulate you on your birthday and extend my most sincere wishes. I have always admired you as a bright and multifaceted person – as a public and stateswoman, and as a loving wife and mother,” she wrote.
Mirziyoyeva also emphasized that Aliyeva’s charitable work has earned her deep respect both at home and abroad.
“With your pure and selfless heart and your good deeds, you have won the love of the Azerbaijani people, as well as great respect and recognition in Uzbekistan and many other countries. On this beautiful day, I sincerely wish you good health, family happiness, inner harmony, and inexhaustible energy to carry out all your noble initiatives. May your life always be filled with joy, attention, and support from your loved ones! With respect and honor, Saida Mirziyoyeva – Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan,” the letter concluded.
Mehriban Aliyeva was born on August 26, 1964, in Baku. Trained as a physician, she has served as Azerbaijan’s Vice President since 2017. She married Ilham Aliyev in 1983, and the couple has three children: Leyla, Arzu, and Heydar.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin also sent a congratulatory message to Aliyeva, who is celebrating her 61st birthday this year.
