Uzbek boxer Ruslan Abdullaev secured another victory in his professional boxing career on April 20, 2025.
In a fight organized by the “Golden Boy” promotions in the United States, Abdullayev faced Filipino boxer Gino Rodrigo. The 8-round match went the distance, with Abdullaev emerging victorious through a unanimous decision.
With this win, Abdullaev claimed the WBA Super Lightweight “Continental Americas Gold” title, adding another significant achievement to his boxing career.
Abdullaev made his professional boxing debut in March 2025 against Mexican fighter Jose Valenzuela Alvarado, winning that bout via knockout.
