Information was provided on the first day of Ramadan

In the office of Muslims of Uzbekistan, there is a working group on the observance of the month of Ramadan and Eid, observing the crescent moon based on the rules of Islam.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan.

Representatives of this working group are conducting monitoring work in different regions of the country, as well as in the regions of the USA, Turkey, South Korea and Russia.

It is reported that this working group, consisting of well-known scholars and qualified experts, observes the Shawwal crescent on the first day of Ramadan, based on astronomical analyzes and cooperation with experts from foreign countries.

This working group will present the results of the observation to the Council of Scholars of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan.

Information about the first day of Ramadan is reviewed by the Council of Scholars and relevant conclusions are adopted.
