The director of “Quramax Medical” has been sentenced to 20 years in prison

8716The final court hearing concerning the "Dok-1 Max" case took place at the Tashkent city court, as reported by journalist Sevara Husniddinova from the courtroom.
As per the court's ruling, Indian Singh Ragnevdra Pratar, the director of "Quramax Medical" LLC, was found guilty under multiple articles of the Criminal Code and received a 20-year prison term, to be served in a general order colony, followed by deportation to India.
Amirkhon Azimov and Nodirbek Musayev, former deputies of Pharmaceutical Agency head Sardor Qoriyev, were each sentenced to 16 years in prison and are barred from holding leadership positions in state agencies for 2 years and 6 months.
Furthermore, in accordance with the court's decision, the legal representatives of 56 children who lost their lives due to "Dok-1 Max" will receive compensation: 1 billion soums for each victim, 500 million soums for four victims, and 200 million soums for eight additional victims.
It's worth noting that previously, Sardor Qoriyev, the former head of the Pharmaceutical Agency, was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of prohibition from holding leadership positions in state agencies, along with an 18-year prison term.
