The duration of the annual extended work leave for teachers is determined

In Uzbekistan, the norms for the duration of the annual extended work leave for pedagogical staff have been approved. This provision is outlined in the decision signed by the government on June 26 of this year.

According to the decision, the following employees of general preschool educational organizations have an annual extended vacation period: directors, teachers, teacher-methodologists, music directors, psychologists (42 days), teachers, speech therapists, teacher-defectologists (56 days), physical education instructors, choreographers (27 days), swimming instructors, and tutor's assistants.

For employees of other state institutions and organizations, the specific periods of leave are provided below.

Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not included in the calculation of the annual extended vacation pay for the employees mentioned in the above norms."
