All restrictions on the export of poultry meat will be lifted

All existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat from Uzbekistan will be canceled. Yesterday, on June 27, the Presidential Decision on "Measures to Further Support the Poultry Sector, Introduce Modern Genetic Technologies and Cooperation System" was adopted.

According to the decision, the "Agropoultry Cluster" project based on the cooperation system will be implemented.

Until January 1, 2030, business entities producing poultry products will be exempt from paying land tax (except for arable land) levied on legal entities.

Also, from July 1, 2024, all existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat (TIF TN code 0207) will be canceled.

In addition, from October 1, 2024, preferential customs duty for the import of freshly slaughtered, chilled, or frozen poultry meat and additional nutritional products (whole meat, wings, loin, neck, chicken leg, loin, thigh, minced meat, and skin) into the territory of Uzbekistan will be canceled.
