Individuals who assured the issuance of driver's licenses were apprehended, as reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.

During a swift operation coordinated by the Department and Moynoq District Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, individuals D.P., Sh.T., and G.Sh. gained the confidence of two citizens, claiming they could facilitate passing the driver's license exam through their connections at the Traffic Safety Department. They were apprehended with tangible evidence after one citizen handed over 16 million soums to S.H.

In a similar operation organized by the Department's Yozyovon District Department in collaboration with the Department of Internal Affairs, citizens N.T. and M.Sh. were apprehended with tangible evidence after one citizen trusted A.R. and paid 1,000 US dollars to obtain a class "D" driver's license.

Another instance occurred during a swift operation conducted by the Fergana regional administration of the department in conjunction with Ministry of Foreign Affairs personnel. Citizen D.Y. was apprehended with tangible evidence after gaining the trust of O.O.

Y.Kh., a teacher at "A.I." LLC, was apprehended with tangible evidence after fraudulently receiving 700 US dollars from citizens R.A. and N.Sh. in exchange for a driver's license, according to Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code, prompting the initiation of criminal cases and ongoing investigations.
