Today, June 5, a fire damaged four houses in the Almazar district of Tashkent city, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The Tashkent City Fire Department received a report at 06:27 about a fire at a private residence on Farabiy 4-tor Street. Fire and rescue crews arrived within five minutes and contained the fire by 07:12.
Preliminary information indicates that one of the houses involved stored fuel and lubricants, which may have contributed to the blaze.
The fire was fully extinguished at 07:34. Since the houses are adjacent to each other, a total of four homes sustained damage. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
For context, on May 24, a fire broke out in a restaurant on Otchopar Street in the Yunusobod district. The Federal Fire Department was notified at 18:40, and crews arrived at 18:48, extinguishing the fire by 18:55.
