Odil Yoqubov has been appointed as the head of the primary department responsible for poverty alleviation and employment within the Surkhandarya region, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment.
Previously, he served as the first deputy governor of Termiz district, overseeing finance, economy, and poverty alleviation efforts.
To provide background, Odil Yoqubov, born in 1983 in Oltinsoy district, graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics in 2005, specializing in taxes and taxation.
Throughout his professional journey, he has held various roles within tax authorities, including serving as the head of the tax inspectorate in Jarqorgon and Denov districts.
Furthermore, Odil Yoqubov has experience as the director of the State Tax Inspectorate in Termiz District.
