A small fine is imposed for violating the openness policy

7752On 3 August, the president of Uzbekistan signed the law "On amendments and additions to some legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as declaring certain legal documents as invalid."
According to the law, for violating the legislation on the transparency of the activities of state authorities and management bodies in the code of Administrative Responsibility, officials can be fined from 3 to 5 times the basic calculation amount (BCA) (from 900 thousand sums to 1.5 million sums).
Officials of the Anti-Corruption Agency draw up a report on the administrative offense in connection with these violations.
The law "On Advocacy" stipulates that lawyers have the right to request an examination by state and non-state forensic expert organizations with the consent of the person who gives confidence on the basis of the contract when conducting economic, civil, and administrative work.
In addition, the lawyer may request that the expert's opinion be added to the case file and that the court evaluates this opinion together with the existing evidence in the case.
In connection with the fact that non-governmental organizations are allowed to engage in forensic activities, the concept of the non-governmental forensic organization was included in the code of Civil Procedure and the code of Administrative Court Proceedings.
