Norov revealed Uzbekistan’s position on world wars

Conflicts and confrontations only lead to disastrous consequences and situations where there are no winners.  The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Vladimir Norov, said this in his speech at the roundtable discussion on the topic “New Uzbekistan – a reliable partner in a changing and interconnected world”.

According to the head of the Foreign Policy Office of Uzbekistan, life itself shows that pragmatic and constructive diplomacy is very important today.

“Uzbekistan strictly adheres to the opinion that conflicts and confrontations lead only to disastrous consequences and situations in which there are no winners.  “Only diplomacy based on reasonable compromise will meet the interests of all parties equally and without conflict,” says Norov.

Referring to the words of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev that effective international cooperation is the most important factor of stable, reliable and prosperous development in the world, Norov said that solving the problems of this era is the clearest, optimal and effective way to solve emergency crisis situations.
