Officials who were “spectators” of a person who hunted illegally were fired

Earlier it was reported that some employees of the Department of Ecology of Khorezm region had hunted ducks.  The State Ecology Committee gave information about the situation.

During the inspection of the service, it was found that the hunt took place in January 2019.  Izzat Kochkarov, an employee of the Yangibozor district inspection of the Department of Ecology, went hunting with his own gun and hunting license, but he did not obtain a hunting permit in the proper order, but he hunted two wild boars.

In the course of studies, it became known that on the same day Izzat Kochkarov’s colleagues Jamoliddin Sobirov and Navroz Olloberganov met him during a raid in the district and took a picture together.  However, the inspectors did not take any measures regarding the violation of this law.

It is noted that at the moment Izzat Kochkarov does not work in the ecological system.  The employment contract concluded with him was canceled as of November 1, 2022.

In connection with this situation, the documents collected against Izzat Kochkarov were formalized and presented to the court authorities for review based on Articles 36 and 38 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

The fact that Jamoliddin Sobirov and Navroz Olloberganov did not perform their activities within the framework of their powers defined in the legislation, regulations and job instructions were considered in a legal manner, and a decision was made to release them from their positions.
