A youth leader committed suicide in Navoi

On 26 January this year, a youth leader in the "Sheykhan" neighborhood of Kyziltepa district of Navoi province committed suicide.  This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office of the region.

It turned out that the deceased, born in 1989, had been working as a youth leader since 19 October 2022.

1 mobile phone, 1 tablet, and other items related to the case, found near the deceased K.Z., were taken in procedural order for investigation when the scene of the incident was examined by the investigative team.

Also, the mother of the deceased S.R. and all cases of persons involved in the work have been checked.  It has not been disclosed why the citizen committed suicide.

According to the investigations, no signs of crime were detected in the actions of "Sheykhan" neighborhood employees and others in the case of death.  Therefore, the initiation of a criminal case was rejected based on Article 83, Clause 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Cell phones taken from the scene were handed over to the mother of the deceased, ownership was confirmed with a receipt.
