Woman poisons her husband to death in Navoiy

A woman from the Khatirchi district in the Navoiy region poisoned her husband and subsequently killed him by beating him with a stick, according to the district administration's press service.
The incident occurred in the Bogchakalon neighborhood of the district, stemming from a family dispute. The deceased, Q.Q., had been living with X.Q. in Bogchakalon under a Sharia marriage since September 2023. In April 2024, the man's daughter, after her divorce, also began living with them.
On June 21 at around 10:00 p.m., she planned to kill her husband to escape his constant harassment and discrimination. Following her plan, she bought 20 tablets of "Enam" from the pharmacy, mixed them into yogurt, and gave them to her husband to drink.
Under the influence of the drug, Q.Q. became weak, nauseous, and lost consciousness. The woman then struck him multiple times on the head with a piece of wood, resulting in his death at the scene.
It should be noted that earlier in Samarkand, a 32-year-old woman tied her husband's legs and burned him alive.
