Poachers use force against environmental inspector in Navoiy (video)

In the Qiziltepa district of the Navoiy region, a group of poachers armed with hunting weapons used force against I. Khojaev, an officer of the rapid-response team of the regional Department of Ecology. This was reported by Rasul Kusherboev, advisor to the Chairman of the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change.
According to reports, the poachers engaged in illegal hunting ignored the environmental inspector’s lawful demands. They called in a group from the “street mafia” in the Bukhara region to assist them, enabling their escape.
It is worth noting that previously in Fergana, a deputy mayor had used force against an environmental inspector.
