The victims, including two young children, were found in Brooklyn. The police have arrested a 24-year-old suspect, who is the brother of the family’s patriarch. He is suspected of killing his 56-year-old mother, his brother's 27-year-old wife, and his 4- and 5-year-old nephews.
According to the publication, the suspect may be mentally ill. Sources indicate that when the suspect's brother returned home, he found his wife, two young children, and his mother with knife wounds inside the apartment. All were pronounced dead at the scene. The police subsequently arrested the 24-year-old brother.
Neighbors mentioned that the family was originally from Uzbekistan and had been living in the area for several years. Investigators believe the stabbing resulted from a domestic dispute. The victims were identified as 56-year-old M.F., 27-year-old M.H., 5-year-old K.Sh., and 4-year-old T.Sh.
Previously, it was reported that an Uzbek woman was killed by her ex-husband in Pennsylvania. The ex-husband, 44-year-old Al Allaberg, broke into her apartment and shot her multiple times in the chest. After ensuring his ex-wife was dead, Allaberg shot himself in the head, committing suicide.
