23-year-old Uzbek is accused of molesting girls in Moscow

A 23-year-old Uzbek man has been arrested on charges of molesting two minor girls at a beach in Moscow, Russia, as reported by "Ren TV."

The incident occurred on June 16 of this year at the "Beloe ozero" beach on Zaozernaya Street. A 14-year-old girl, while bathing with her 15-year-old friend, felt someone touching her legs in the water.

The girl's mother reported the incident to a beach lifeguard and requested police intervention. Law enforcement officers arrived and detained the 23-year-old Uzbek citizen.

“A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 135 (Trespass) of the Russian Criminal Code. If convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison,” the report stated. 

Additionally, on June 18, a court in the Primorsky region of Russia opened a criminal case against four young men from Uzbekistan for violating the sexual integrity of a 21-year-old woman.
