The representative of Uzbekistan won a prize in the “Miss International-2022” contest

Yesterday, 13 December, the Miss International beauty pageant ended in Tokyo, Japan.  Notably, Nigina Fakhriddinova from Uzbekistan won the "Best National Dress" award.  She participated in the competition in a burqa dress.  This was reported on the competition's Instagram page.

66 beauties competed for the title in this beauty contest held in 2022.

Yasmin Zelberg from Germany was found worthy of the highest prize in the "Miss International-2022" contest.

In the competition, the most beautiful girls in the cross-section of the continents were also determined. These are:

"Miss International Asia" - Kiko Masuo (Japan)
"Miss International Europe" - Anna Merimyaa (Finland)
Miss International Africa - Stephanie Amado (Cape Verde)
"Miss International America" - Corrine Stellakis (USA)
"Miss International Oceania" - Lydia Smith (New Zealand)

In addition, special awards were given to their owners in additional directions.  In particular, "Best evening dress" and "Sympathy of the audience" went to Tatiana Calmell (Peru), and the "Best photo image" nomination went to Valeria Guterres (Ecuador).

For information, the "Miss International" contest was first held in 1960, and the contest was not held in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the 60th contest, representatives of Colombia won the most (8 times).

It should be recalled that there are four main world beauty pageants in addition to "Miss International", "Miss World", "Miss Universe" and "Miss Earth" which attract attention.

A reminder, Mina Su Choi from South Korea won the "Miss Earth" contest held in November of this year.
