New mayor was appointed to Mirzo Ulugbek district

Bahadir Rikhsialiyevich Goyibnazarov has been appointed as the mayor of Mirzo Ulugbek district in Tashkent city, according to a report from the Tashkent city administration's press service.
Prior to this appointment, Bahadir Goyibnazarov had served as the head of the Organizational and Personnel Department of the Tashkent city administration since 2021. He had also previously held the position of governor in both the Almazor and Shaikhontohur districts of Tashkent, but resigned from both roles following criticism from the President.
For context, Bahadir Goyibnazarov was born in 1970 in the Tashkent region. He holds higher education qualifications, having graduated from Tashkent State Agrarian University in 1997 with a degree in economics and organization. In 2005, he obtained a law degree from the National University of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that new leaders were also recently appointed to the Shaykhontohur and Muzrabot districts.
