The President's press service has announced the conclusion of Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani officials accompanied the distinguished guest at Fuzuli Airport.
On July 5, Shavkat Mirziyoyev embarked on a practical visit to Azerbaijan to attend the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States, following an invitation from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Upon arrival at Fuzuli International Airport, he was greeted by First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyubov, Presidential Special Representative for Agdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend Regions Emin Huseynov, Foreign Minister Samir Sharifov, and other officials. Mirziyoyev then traveled to Shusha, where he visited an ancient mosque. During the summit, he urged for an immediate cessation of violence in the Gaza Strip and the swift initiation of peace processes.
