The state visit of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to Mongolia has officially concluded. This was reported by the presidential press service.
It was noted that this visit—the first in the history of bilateral relations—marked the beginning of a new stage in Uzbekistan-Mongolia ties and opened broad opportunities for the development of multifaceted cooperation.
On June 24, the Uzbek leader held negotiations with President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh in both narrow and expanded formats in Ulaanbaatar. The talks focused on promising areas of practical cooperation, particularly in the trade, economic, and industrial sectors.

The visit resulted in the signing of a joint declaration on the establishment of comprehensive partnership relations.
The presidents and their spouses also attended a joint concert featuring artists from both countries.
On the final day of the visit, President Mirziyoyev and First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva visited the Ikh Tenger State Complex, where the two leaders and their spouses planted a tree together as a symbol of friendship. They also watched the traditional "Naadam" games.
Following the conclusion of the visit, President Mirziyoyev departed for Tashkent. At the airport, the high-ranking guests were seen off by Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs Batmunkh Battsetseg and other officials.
