Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan arrived in Ankara on a business visit to participate in the summit of the Organization of Turkiye States at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. 

Mirziyoyev was received by the country's officials at the Esenboga airport in Ankara. 

Today, March 15, at 19:30 Tashkent time, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will hold a meeting with the President of the Republic of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at Beshtepa Palace. 

Through the visit program, the head of state will participate in the extraordinary summit of the Organization of Turkic States on the development of multilateral cooperation in emergency management and humanitarian assistance. 

It is planned to hold several bilateral meetings within the framework of the summit. 

We remind you that on March 16, an extraordinary summit of the heads of state of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States will be held in Ankara, the capital of Turkiye. The summit is being held at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilhom Aliyev. At the end of the summit program, the heads of state will sign the Ankara Declaration.
