Mirziyoyev and his wife plant tree in Mongolia as symbol of friendship

On June 25, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, together with their wives, planted a tree in the park of the Ikh Tenger State Complex. This was reported by the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.
The tree-planting ceremony symbolized the strengthening friendship between the peoples of the two countries and marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of Uzbek-Mongolian comprehensive partnership relations.
As part of the visit, the high-ranking guests also watched the traditional Mongolian competitions known as "Naadam."
It should be recalled that on June 24, President Mirziyoyev arrived in Mongolia with his wife for a state visit. A guard of honor was formed in his honor on Sukhe-Bator Square, and the national anthems of both countries were performed by a military orchestra. During the visit, Presidents Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh held talks in a narrow format and with the participation of official delegations at the State Palace of Mongolia. Following the high-level talks, the two leaders signed a joint declaration on the establishment of comprehensive partnership relations. Additionally, President Mirziyoyev and First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, together with President Khurelsukh and his wife, attended a joint concert featuring artists from both Uzbekistan and Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar.
