On March 6, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the Press Service under the President's Office of Uzbekistan.
It is noted that opinions were exchanged on the current aspects of the agenda of bilateral relations.
The issues of supporting the growth of trade, promoting investment projects in various sectors of the economy with the participation of leading companies and enterprises of the two countries, and expanding industrial cooperation were discussed.
Special attention is paid to the further development of interregional cooperation and the activation of cultural and humanitarian exchange.
It is said that the heads of state also considered issues of regional partnership.
