Mirziyoyev said that poor people will be helped to go to Umrah (video)

On 17 February this year, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during his visit to the Mir Arab madrasa in Bukhara, announced that poor people will be helped to go to Umrah.
During this visit, the President noted that the number of trips to Umrah and Hajj has increased in recent years.

"Umra is allowed as much as you want.  Hajj trips have increased many times.  Faith is in the heart and soul of a person," says Mirziyoyev.

After that, the President said that he is ready to hear any proposal from the mufti and madrasa students.  Mufti Nuriddin Khaliqnazarov asked for help from the state for the poor who cannot afford Umrah.

"I have one request from you, if you make a fair choice, I will help you as much as you want. The wishes of the truly poor will certainly be granted.  Make a list of them.  If necessary, we will tell the leaders there and arrange for them to be met individually," said the head of state.
