Mirziyoyev awards a number of teachers and mentors

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has awarded a number of teachers and mentors. On September 11, the president signed a decree “On awarding a group of employees in the field of education and upbringing who have set an example on the occasion of Teacher and Mentor Day.”

The honorees were recognized for their significant contribution to developing the education system in line with international standards, increasing the effectiveness of reforms, widely introducing advanced practices and innovative pedagogical technologies, providing students with modern knowledge and professional skills, raising their intellectual potential, preparing highly qualified specialists, fostering a healthy and well-rounded generation, and instilling in children a spirit of love and loyalty to the Motherland as well as respect for national and universal values. They were also acknowledged for their active role in social life and for successfully implementing investment projects in education.
