Diana Irtuganova, the sister of Ramina Yagafarova—a 31-year-old presenter from the "Dunyo Bo'ylab" TV channel who passed away in 2023—has issued a public appeal to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his assistant, Saida Mirziyoyeva.

In her appeal, Irtuganova urged the President and Assistant President to intervene in the ongoing investigation into her sister's death. She claimed that while a criminal case has been initiated and examinations have confirmed the negligence of doctors at the "Doctor-Service" clinic, the investigation has yet to reach a conclusion. She also alleged that Server Jeparov, a former football player and the clinic's owner, may be leveraging his influence to obstruct the investigation.

Irtuganova expressed her frustration, questioning why existing laws fail to protect ordinary citizens. She appealed for justice and accountability, calling for decisive action against those responsible for her sister's death.

The incident in question occurred on the evening of September 12, 2023, when Ramina Yagafarova mistakenly consumed one of her mother's medications while her mother was undergoing treatment at a private clinic in Chilonzor district. Within 10-15 minutes, Yagafarova suffered a seizure and lost consciousness. Although clinic staff administered first aid and admitted her to intensive care, she experienced another seizure on September 13, which led to biological death being recorded.

The case has raised public concern, with many calling for a thorough investigation and justice for Yagafarova and her family.
