The procedure for issuing qualification certificates has been consolidated

The procedure for issuing qualification certificates has been unified in Uzbekistan, as announced in the single administrative regulation for providing public services related to specific qualification certificates. This regulation was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers under Decision No. 635 dated November 30 of this year.

As a result, the following aspects have been consolidated:

- The process of receiving and reviewing applications for issuing specific qualification certificates to individuals.

- The protocol for conducting qualification exams and subsequently issuing qualification certificates.

- The process for reviewing applications related to qualification certificate issuance.

- The steps involved in suspending and revoking the validity of qualification certificates.

- The procedure for allocating fees charged for public service provision.

Citizens or their authorized representatives can access these services by applying at state service centers or through the Unified Interactive State Services portal.

Additionally, it was previously announced that the fee for obtaining a duplicate proficiency certificate in a foreign language would be reduced.
