The internal regulations of detention facilities will be supplemented.  The draft decision is available on the portal for discussion of draft normative legal documents.

It is noted that a separate room will be allocated by the administration of penal institutions for the use of electronic state services, including the services of a notary, and the administration of penal institutions.

Also in the project, this prison room will be equipped with a webcam and computer equipment connected to the World Wide Web.

This draft resolution has been prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
