“Blue, blue, blue.” In Qibray, a bad-temper teacher beats a 4-year-old boy

Earlier, a video depicting a kindergarten teacher physically disciplining a young child during a lesson circulated on social networks. In the footage, a frightened child is seen being "punished" while a nervous kindergarten nurse instructs the youngster to select a blue item from among teal-colored cubes.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that the educator was physically assaulting the child while conducting a lesson at the "Logo Bilim" educational center in the Qibray district of the Tashkent region. The Children's Ombudsman provided information about the incident.

According to the Children's Ombudsman, the child's mother, Kh.D., reported the incident in connection with the teacher's abusive behavior towards the student M.B., born in 2019. The Ombudsman received an appeal regarding this matter.

"This situation has been brought under the control of the Children's Ombudsman, and the district Internal Affairs Department initiated an investigation that will continue until December 5," the statement read.

The specialist responsible for such anti-pedagogical actions towards a child with unique characteristics has been terminated from their position, and legal assessments of their actions are underway.
