Action of an employee who beat a worker in a clothing store will be considered in court

Earlier, we reported that an employee was beaten by a co-worker at a branch of the Inbazar shopping center located in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city. Legal action has been initiated against the shopping center representative responsible for the assault. This information was provided by the General Directorate of Internal Affairs.

The incident took place on September 13. B.A., born in 2001, who works at the shopping complex in the Sergeli district, struck his colleague, M.T., born in 2006, during a dispute. Another employee of the complex, H.E., born in 1998, recorded the incident on video. However, M.T. did not file a complaint with the authorities regarding the assault.

Documents citing Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (petty hooliganism) have been prepared and forwarded to the Sergeli District Court of Criminal Affairs for legal proceedings.

For context, the video shows the employee being hit by another representative of the shopping center. The assailant, dressed in a white shirt, struck the victim on the face and body, saying, "You whistle, you don’t have the right to work here," and "Change your clothes and get out of here."

It should be noted that in an earlier incident in the Koson district of the Kashkadarya region, a shop owner was reported to have beaten a 12-year-old boy.
