As per their announcement:

1.Heroes and Award Recipients:Citizens honored with titles such as "Hero of Uzbekistan," "Hero of the Soviet Union," and those awarded the Order of Fame at all three levels.

2.Veterans and Their Families: War disabled individuals, participants, and families of military and law enforcement personnel who lost their lives or became disabled due to service-related injuries or illnesses.

3.Renewable Energy Users: Individuals utilizing renewable energy sources in residences disconnected from existing energy networks for at least three years after installation.

4.Orphans and Vulnerable Children:Orphans and children without parental care, eligible until the age of 23 for state-provided housing.

Partially Exempt from Property Tax

Certain individuals are entitled to partial exemption, specifically for properties under 60 sq.m.:

1. Large Families: Parents with ten or more children.
2. Retirees:Pensioners.
3. Disabled Individuals:Those classified with group I or II disabilities.

Applicants must provide supporting documentation to the tax authorities in their property's jurisdiction to claim tax exemption. The exemption is applicable to one residential property per owner, with an exception for renewable energy users.
