A 23-year-old woman who wanted to join a terrorist organization was arrested in Khorezm. She wanted to go to Syria. UzA reported about it.
A.S. is a 23-year-old resident of the Khorezm region. Via the internet, she was influenced by "militants" of the international terrorist organization in Syria and was caught by the regional law enforcement agencies while trying to join their ranks.
It was found that A.S. made religious appeals to her acquaintances and distributed to them videos showing subversive activities of "militants" on the internet.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against her under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and she has been arrested. Investigations are ongoing.
