Individuals attempting to illegally procure driver's licenses were arrested in Khorezm and Jizzakh

Individuals involved in fraudulent schemes to provide driver's licenses in exchange for money have been apprehended in the Khorezm and Jizzakh regions, according to a Department of Combating Economic Crimes report.
In one instance, the individual identified as Kh.B. was arrested with incriminating evidence after receiving $2,400 and 1.2 million soums from S.M.
Similarly, in the Jizzakh region, an individual identified as S.J. falsely represented himself as "D.Sh." and introduced himself to F.B. as an instructor at a driving school operated by an LLC. He was apprehended while accepting $1,700 in exchange for securing "B" and "C" class driver's licenses.
As a result of these incidents, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 168 (Fraud) and Article 28, 211 (Bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigations are currently ongoing.
It should be noted that similar incidents have previously occurred in the Navoi, Fergana, and Samarkand regions, where individuals promising driver's licenses without the need for an exam were also apprehended.
