Two internationally wanted persons were extradited from Poland to Uzbekistan

7835Two criminals who committed serious crimes were extradited to Tashkent with the cooperation of operatives of the National Central Bureaus of Interpol in Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Poland, and Turkey and with the direct assistance of representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Poland. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
One of the wanted persons was accused of committing a crime related to drug trafficking, was hiding abroad for a long time, and was arrested by Ukrainian colleagues as a result of quick measures.
The second largest crypto-fraudster, who invested 2 million US dollars in a financial pyramid scheme created by a criminal on the internet platform in Uzbekistan and defrauded more than two thousand citizens, was also identified and arrested on the territory of a foreign country.
After the extradition request was approved by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the criminals were brought to Uzbekistan to receive appropriate punishment, accompanied by the staff of the National Central Bureau of Interpol.
