For the third day in a row: the number of cases of COVID has grown in Uzbekistan

12371As of 17 June, 90 people in Uzbekistan (74 in the capital Tashkent alone) were diagnosed with the coronavirus infection. This was reported by the Ministry of Health.
New cases:
• 2 in the Andijan region;
• 4 in the Bukhara region;
• 1 person in the Kashkadarya region;
• 2 in the Surkhandarya region;
• 7 in the Tashkent region;
• 74 cases were identified among citizens sampled in Tashkent as having contact with coronavirus patients.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of officially registered cases of coronavirus in Uzbekistan has reached 239.5 thousand.
It should be recalled that as of 16 June this year, 59 people in Uzbekistan (45 in the capital) were diagnosed with coronavirus infection. As of 15 June, 57 people have become infected with the coronavirus.
