A Chinese citizen who killed a dog in Kattakurgan was punished

A video showing a person beating a dog to death with a piece of iron went viral on social networks.  The Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region provided information about this situation.

It is noted that as a result of a rapid investigation conducted to identify the person who committed this attack, it was determined that he is a Chinese citizen, Hao Sihua.

According to Article 111, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, an administrative report was drawn up against him, and with this article, a fine of nine hundred thousand soms was imposed in the amount of three times the amount of the basic calculation.

The rest of the workers and managers of the joint venture were prevented from committing the same type of offense again, using the services of a translator.

For information, cruelty to animals, i.e., torturing or inflicting pain on them with malice or other low intentions, will result in a fine from 900,000 to 1.5 million soms.

If the same offense is repeated within a year after the administrative penalty has been applied, a fine of 1.5 million soms to 3 million soms or up to 15 days of administrative imprisonment shall be imposed.
