An Uzbek citizen accused of murder is detained in Almaty

A man wanted by the Kashkadarya Regional Prosecutor’s Office has been arrested in Almaty. This was reported by the press service under the Procurator’s Office of Kashkadarya Region.

It is noted that Sh. B is wanted by the Kashkadarya Regional Prosecutor’s Office for having committed the offense referred to in part 2 of Art. 97, part 3 of 127 Art. And part 2 of 277 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. That is, he was charged with premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit a crime and hooliganism.

Sh. B, a resident of the Karshi regional population point, was detained by the criminal investigation officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
