There were reports on social networks about the hunting of a vulture bird, which is included in the Red Book of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that the General Prosecutor's Office is currently investigating this case.

According to the General Prosecutor's Office, additional information will be provided based on the results of the investigation.

For information, the vulture bird belongs to the gorse family and is included in the Red Book of Uzbekistan. Such birds of prey have a large appearance, their total length reaches 1m, their wingspan is 85 cm, and their weight is 7-12 kg. Their coverings, i.e., the rare fluffy feathers, are blue and give a special shine.
