A new privilege is being given to people from Uzbekistan in Kyrgyzstan

The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan has submitted a draft decision for public discussion, which provides for amendments to the list of countries with periods of exemption from registration of foreigners and stateless persons coming to Kyrgyzstan.
It has been clarified that people from Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan may not be registered for 30 days. Previously, this period was 10 days.
Ethnic Kyrgyz are registered at the request of the local government body. If there is no permanent residence address, they are registered at the legal address based on the identity document.
