6 people tragically killed in road accidents in Kashkadarya

The Information Service of the Regional Internal Affairs Department reported on two tragic road accidents that occurred on the 4R-87 Karshi-Yettitom highway on the 10th and 23rd of April this year. In both cases the cars caught fire, resulting in the deaths of six people.
The first accident took place on the 10th of April at around 5:00 a.m. A Cobalt car lost control and collided with an oncoming Spark car. The drivers of both cars were killed on the spot.
Just 13 days later, on 23rd April at 4:40 a.m., another accident occurred on the very same road. A Lacetti driver crashed into the back of a truck due to insufficient distance between the two vehicles resulting in the car catching fire. Tragically, both the driver and passenger of the Lacetti sustained serious injuries and passed away at the scene.
